INTRODUCING THE SRM15
A modern evolution of the original Sivetz design, built for real production. The SRM15 combines a fully stainless, industrial build with precise control over heat and airflow, delivering consistent, repeatable roasting batch after batch.
A Case for Convection
The SRM15 is a true fluid bed roaster. Coffee beans are suspended in a stream of hot air, making convection and airflow the primary drivers of heat transfer. This creates a more even, controlled roasting environment that reduces scorching and improves consistency.
Unlike drum roasters, where direct contact with hot metal can create localized hot spots, the SRM15 applies heat uniformly across the entire bean mass. The result is cleaner, more consistent flavor development.

SRM15 FEATURES
CONTROLS
Directly Control Development
Control the result, not the guess. Inlet temperature defines the actual roasting environment, while burner percentage or time only approximates it. As conditions change with weather or elevation, those approximations drift. Inlet temperature control keeps the roast environment stable, so your results stay consistent.
PRODUCTIVITY
Increase
Productivity
Short roast cycles, fast cooling, and true back-to-back operation drive higher throughput. The SRM15 delivers 7–9 minute light to medium roasts and up to 90 kg (200 lbs per hour at full 15 kg capacity, without sacrificing consistency.
PROFILING
Original Fluid Bed, Reimagined
Built on the original Sivetz platform, the SRM15 adds modern profiling control. Adjust heat and airflow at each stage, save profiles, and automate them to deliver consistent, repeatable results batch after batch.
